Developments :-)

It’s been a bit quiet here on our website, but the shop has been flat out. Bob the builder has been busy again, installing a bench for our sewing machines. David has painted and papered it all, and it looks fab!

Great for me as now I can just grab a few minutes to work on the huge backlog of projects waiting for my attention! :)

On Friday, our studio was a hive of industry. One customer was doing applique on the Bernina 1230, another was doing some darning on the couches, The Dreamstress was working on two outfits for a talk she has coming up soon ably assisted by a friend, and I was cutting up our new selection of acrylic felt. There was a nice creative buzz and reminded me of what it is all about.

If you have a small job to do, or just want to hide out at lunchtime and do some knitting or crochet, sew on a button or mend a sock, our space is there for you to use.
