Intermediate Sewing: Day Session

March 26, 2013 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Tuesdays 26 Mar – 9 Apr 10am-12.30pm (4 sessions)

The Intermediate Sewing Daytime classes are for anyone who needs help sewing with patterns, whether you’re a pattern novice who needs assistance at every step, or a more advanced sewer who wants help perfecting the finer points of more complicated patterns.

The mixed class provides the opportunity for students to learn from each others projects, and the variety of techniques that are being covered.

Less advanced sewers can expect to finish one simple pattern, with almost all the sewing done in-class, in one four week session.  More advanced sewers may choose to do the simple bits of a more complicated pattern in their own time, and tackle trickier bits like fitting and fine finishes during class time.

Classes are limited to 7 students, but daytime sessions are often smaller, giving each student extensive one-on-one time.

Materials: Students should provide their own pattern and fabric after discussing suitable options with Leimomi.

Cost: $120
