May 12, 2015 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

Tuesdays 12, 19, 26 May 6-8:30pm (three sessions)

Cost: $105 (includes the pattern)

To register for the class, please email Leimomi with your name, a contact number and the name of the class you’d like to be in as the subject line.

Take your sewing level from Beginner to Intermediate by learning how to sew with a pattern, and by adding a number of new skills to your kit with this cute and versatile button-front blouse.

Using Leimomi’s personal blouse pattern: the Caroline Blouse, you’ll learn how to read a pattern, sew darts, work with facings, and the best way to position and sew buttonholes on a garment, among other skills.

Cost: $105 (includes the pattern)

Materials: Students will need to provide the fabric and notions for their blouse.  A materials list will be provided on registration.

Level: High-Beginner.  This class is ideal as follow-up to Absolute Beginners Sewing, or a refresher for someone just getting back into sewing, or as an introduction to buttonholes for a sewer with more experience who has never done them.  Students should be comfortable cutting fabric and operating a sewing machine.
