A class for people who would love to learn to cross stitch, but want a little help getting started. Choose a letter or motif from three different (copyright free) alphabets for your first project.

In this class we learn:

• how to work with pull skein of embroidery thread,
• an easy trick for threading a needle,
• two ways of working with an embroidery hoop,
• how to read and use a cross stitch chart, and
• a couple of basic stitches, and how to make a knot-free start and finish.

Level: This is an introductory class, so no experience is required!

Materials: A class kit containing everything you need to get started is supplied.
